pipeline pig

A device used to perform various functions within pipelines. Pigs are inserted into the pipeline and propelled by the flow of the product or using external means, such as compressed air or hydraulic pressure. They are designed to interact with the pipeline's internal surface and can perform different tasks, such as inspecting, dimensioning, or cleaning.
