Paul Cooper, President

Paul has over 20 years of experience managing innovative technical inspection companies, bringing new advanced solutions to the market. His wide range of industry experience and successful business track record includes CEO and senior leadership roles at TSC Subsea, Halfwave, Oceaneering, and AGR Pipetech where his skills in management, market development, growth strategy, and sales played key roles in the achievement of outstanding performances.

Further to these experiences, Paul also held the position of Senior VP, Technology as a Service (TaaS) at Previan, NDT Global’s parent company, where he steered the deployment of the business strategy within Previan’s business units, stimulating growth and alignment with the company’s mission to keep the world’s infrastructure safe and productive.

Muthu Chandrasekaran, Vice President - Revenue and Growth

Muthu brings more than 20 years of experience to NDT Global, holding previous roles in corporate strategy, business development, and leading divisional P&L's in the energy sector. At NDT Global, he leads revenue & growth strategies and oversees business development across the organization.

He began his career with Pure Technologies and held roles as vice president of business development, vice president of corporate strategy, and senior vice president of energy pipelines with P&L responsibility. Before joining NDT Global, Muthu was a vice president at Xylem, with P&L responsibility for two divisions in the advanced infrastructure analytics division.

Muthu holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a registered professional engineer.

Oliver Baur, Vice President - Global Robotics and General Manager - Norway

Oliver has a background in Mechatronics Engineering and a keen interest in technology within its operational context. With over 12 years in various technology-related roles for NDT Global, he has helped the organization through key corporate transitions in Germany, Canada, and the United States. Before his time with NDT Global, he gained experience working on technology projects for universities and science institutes in South Africa and Germany.

He is passionate about optimizing processes and solutions to improve the customer experience. In his current role, he is leading the integration of new technology into NDT Global's core business from Norway and implementing various global improvements to drive operational agility. 

In addition to his engineering degree, Oliver has recently earned an Executive MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas.

Garrett Fitzsimons, Vice President - Data Services

With over 25 years of building successful data and software teams (IBM, DHL, EDS), Garrett has an in-depth knowledge of how to address business problems with technology. He is responsible for all data topics within NDT Global concerning data analysis, integrity services, big data, business intelligence, software, governance, and infrastructure.

Garrett is passionate about delivering clarity for our customers through better data outcomes, focusing on engagement and on quality of content and delivery. Prior to NDT Global, Garrett was Director of Data Engineering at ServiceSource where he delivered data solutions to the world's largest technology organizations including Google, Microsoft, and Red Hat.

Steve Gaida, Vice President - Canada

Steve brings over 20 years of experience from the energy sector, specifically in manufacturing and service companies, supporting the Western Canadian oil and gas markets. Steve's career path has taken him through a wide array of roles, starting off in the non-destructing testing field as an Ultrasonic Technician and then moving into Quality, Operations, Management and finally Leadership.

Prior to joining NDT Global, Steve held the Director title in Acuren and Operations Manager titles for ALCO Energy Industries, T3 Energy Services and ShawCor. In addition, Steve undertook an entrepreneurial venture as the owner/operator of a café. Steve joined NDT Global in 2016 as the Leader of the Canadian region and has since contributed to the successful growth of the business and increased the regional market share of ILI. He holds an MBA from Royal Roads University.

Oscar Gonzalez, Vice President - Latin America

Immediately upon graduation, Oscar joined Tuboscope Pipeline Services (NDT Global today) in 1989 and started collaborating closely with PEMEX in Pipeline Inspection Projects. He has been involved in the inspection of tens of thousands of kilometers of pipelines.

Oscar is a reference in the pipeline integrity industry in Mexico, and over the last 32 years has participated in the planning and development of integrated maintenance programs to assure the inspection, repair and certification of pipelines in Mexico.

He has worked to consolidate the company operations in Latin America and to reflect our pipeline integrity expertise into the markets in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Under his leadership, a strong group of young professionals have developed and provided support across our Global Operations. He has a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN) and has also an MBA from Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM).

Dr. Thomas Hennig, Vice President -Technology Services

Thomas started his career 15 years ago in a pipeline inspection research center, focused on MFL Hardware and Software development. Throughout his career, Thomas has led interdisciplinary teams for Ultrasonic corrosion Data analysis, Software, and algorithm development.

When joining NDT Global ten years ago, Thomas took over the role of a Product Manager responsible for the liquid ILI services provided by the company. He has been an advocate of the creation of Ultrasonic Geometry and Enhanced sizing, Eclipse and Proton (Phased Array) development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our services.

In early 2020, Thomas joined the RnD department as VP Technology. He is now focusing on managing the global team to develop the latest technologies for even more accurate and precise pipeline inspection solutions.

Nathan Leslie, Vice President - Products and Marketing

Nathan leads NDT Global's product and marketing teams, with responsibility for the definition and implementation of NDT Global's product strategy to deliver innovative solutions that create actionable insights and value for the company's clients. Prior to this role, Nathan was Chief Sales Officer leading the global sales strategy and execution, delivering impressive market growth.

Nathan's passion for creating unparalleled value for clients began early in his career in sales and sales management with custom printing company RR Donnelley. He then spent a decade at Grainger Industrial Supply in various roles of increasing responsibility building and leading successful teams. Nathan holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Texas State University.

Thomas Redlinger, Vice President - USA

Thomas Redlinger currently serves as Vice President of the United States for NDT Global LLC, a leading provider of ILI inspection. In this role, he directs the operation, execution, sales, and coordinates with the company's data analytic efforts to ensure compliance with API, PHMSA, and our customers' integrity management plans. 

Before joining NDT Global LLC, Thomas was the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Franks International, guiding technology and growth strategies.  He also served as the Chief Operating Officer at T H Hill Associates, Inc., and Divisional Vice President at Bureau Veritas, a global provider of inspection, quality assurance, engineering, failure analysis, and training solutions. Thomas' earlier experience comprises over 20 years of management and research development roles while working on complex programs across the globe. Before joining the private sector, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers assigned to peacekeeping and rebuilding efforts in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Thomas is a registered Professional Engineer, U.S. Patent Agent, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.

Thomas Wolf, Vice President - Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific

Thomas brings over 20 years of experience in leadership positions for global non-destructive testing businesses in measurement services and instrumentation. His key expertise lies in ultrasonics in-line inspection of pipelines with exposure to numerous pipeline operators worldwide. Prior to joining NDT Global, he served as M.D. for Helmut Fischer, a global specialist company for coating thickness measurement equipment.

In more than 30 years of professional career, Thomas gained experience in many industries such as Oil and Gas, Chemical, Automotive, Textiles, Electronics, and Galvanic. Thomas began his career working for DuPont in Germany and the United Kingdom. He holds a diploma in physics from the University of Ulm, Germany.

Lynn Tilson, Vice President - People and Culture

Lynn has over 20 years of experience in international HR positions across retail, professional services, and resources sectors. Throughout her career, she has spent time developing best practice HR strategic programs, resourcing new entities in different countries, coaching and developing leaders, setting comprehensive reward frameworks, and leading teams globally. She has worked in international roles for European and Australian companies.

Since joining NDT Global in 2017, Lynn has led our people strategy, development, and culture programs and built a strong team to support the business.

Lynn has a bachelor's degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management and is a qualified life coach and an NLP practitioner.

Niall Walsh, Vice President - HSEQ

Niall brings over 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) leadership and consulting roles across a range of industries including oil and gas, mining, food manufacturing, construction, and pharmaceutical. Prior to joining NDT Global, Niall spent six years in Australia working as a Compliance Manager for Monford Group, a construction firm specializing in the infrastructure, resources, and energy sectors. 

Within NDT Global, Niall leads the global implementation of our strategic HSEQ plan, systems, and beyond zero harm vision which serves to deliver positive outcomes for our people, our customers, and the environment. Niall holds a master's in Human Resource Management, a degree in Occupational Safety and Health, and a Specialist Diploma in Quality Management.

Ralf Schmidt, Vice President - Robotics

Ralf has 30 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, and operations with a wide range of automotive and industrial experience. The focus of his various activities was on the design and optimization of global supply chain management organizations.

Ralf started his career with Linde AG as a strategic buyer at their headquarters in Wiesbaden, Germany. He spent three years in China to support the building of a new manufacturing plant for forklift trucks, which was one of the largest plants in the world, at that time. Ralf went on to work in various functions at Johnson Controls in the DaimlerChrysler Business Unit and the BOA Group (former IWKA). He was Managing Director and Plant Manager of their lead plant in Stutensee, Germany.

In 2015, Ralf joined NDT Global as VP of Tools and Parts, now Robotics, and was mainly responsible for building a truly global support function for the different regions. Ralf's major highlight has been the successful transfer from LineExplorer to the new EVO technology. He has also increased NDT Global's tool fleet by 75% and brought several new inspection technologies to market maturity. Currently, Ralf is an executive sponsor for NDT Global's high-level and challenging ERP migration project from Navision to SAP Responsible.

Ralf holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering, specializing in corporate planning at the University of Karlsruhe.

Roy Goggin, Vice President - Finance

Roy leads the Finance team and serves as Vice President of Finance for NDT Global. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and received his master's in Accounting from University College Dublin and his bachelor's in Business from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Roy trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG Dublin. He spent over ten years with Dublin-headquartered ICON plc (NASDAQ: ICLR), a global provider of outsourced development, commercialization, and consulting services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industry. During his time with ICON, Roy held various roles of increasing responsibility, including leading the Group Accounting and Reporting function. He was involved in numerous acquisitions with ICON; and completed assignments in Australia, where he led finance for the Asia Pacific region, and at ICON’s US headquarters in Pennsylvania, where he was Financial Controller for the Groups Technology division.

In 2017, Roy joined NDT Global to build out the Financial, Planning, and Analysis function. He played a key role in the sale of NDT Global to Eddyfi/NDT and its subsequent integration within the group. In January 2021, he assumed overall responsibility for the finance function to provide strong commercial and financial support to NDT Global.
